DIRECTIONS - From I-90, drive north on FR-49 for a few miles.  Turn left onto FR-4930 (signed for Rachel Lake) and follow it for 2 miles to a large pullout on the right.  (There were three porta-potties and a pile of garbage on my trip.)  The falls are right there.

Box Canyon Creek has a plethora of waterfalls at its headwaters.  Further down the creek drops over this pretty little casade into one of the best swimming holes I've ever seen (complete with little cliffs to jump off).  Unfortunately, the easy access and nice swimming hole makes it a popular location.  At the parking area, there was trash everywhere.  I also saw a shirt, a pair of sandals, and a random sock laying around.  The falls themselves are beautiful though, but it would be nice if a clean-up party could be arranged.
