Middle Shuksan Creek Falls is an incredible waterfall . . . if only one could get a clear view of it. The large volume creek tears down a waterfall that appears to stand somewhere around 200' in height, maybe more. The only views I was able to find where through the trees from the edge of the steep canyon. It was enough to get a good idea of how impressive the waterfall is, but not good enough for pictures.
The falls begin with a 60ish foot tall sliding drop. It then spreads out to 60' wide or so and drops another 80' vertically (picture on the left). From there it continues to drop, but I couldn't really see what was going on. If I return to this area (big if), I'll either bring rappelling gear, or climb into the canyon downstream and try to work my way up to a clear view. I doubt either will actually happen though.
