DIRECTIONS - Drive east of Granite Falls on the Mountain Loop Highway. Just after the Turlo Campground, turn right onto 342 Dr NE and drive across the bridge. Once over the bridge, turn right and drive for another mile and a half to the end of the road. Park and walk along the road. At some point you will have to scramble up the bank on the left side where you should fine a path leading to the creek and along the edge of the canyon to views of the different tiers.

Triple Creek has a lovely 4-tiered waterfall along its final stretches. The upper tier is a nice 20' tall, 25' wide segmented drop in which the majority of the water drops off the left side in a block shaped falls. The rest of the water plunges off the right side. Below this is the main drop of the falls, a 25' plunge. The trail goes very close to this tier of the falls so while the view is amazing, a very wide angle lens is needed for pictures and you probably want to watch the kids through here. The third tier is a horsetail drop about 15' tall and the waterfall ends with a little 10' drop as it exits the little canyon. The entire trip is quite enjoyable and with the exception of the scramble up the bank, it is pretty easy and very short. The falls and cool little canyon make this a nice waterfall to visit with the kids.
