DIRECTIONS - Follow the directions to Change Creek Falls. Hall Creek is the next creek east. Walk east past where Hall Creek goes under the road and find a trail heading upstream. Follow this until it ends at the lower falls of Hall Creek.
Lower Hall Creek Falls consists of a series of slides and cascades totaling around 40' in height. Don't go out of your way to view this waterfall, but it you are trying to visit the main falls by going up the creek you will pass right by it. There is a fairly impressive middle falls on the creek as well that I keep forgetting to photograph. I'll get it next time I'm in the area for sure. There is a trail of sorts leading alongside Hall Creek that takes you almost all the way to this waterfall but the going gets much more difficult past this point.
