Quartz Creek Falls is a surprisingly powerful waterfall located deep within a canyon in the Middle Fork Snoqualmie drainage. The falls consist of a 65' tall, 40' wide segmented drop and a 17' cascade where the creek pours out of a little bowl. The entire area is surrounded by a mass of huge logs and debris, but if the water levels were lower, one should be able to get closer for some nice images. On my one trip to the falls, it was pouring down rain and the falls were kicking up an amazing amount of spray, meaning the crappy picture above is the best picture I got. I'll probably go back at some point to get better pictures because this is a really nice waterfall.
