The Devils Fork of Coal Creek contains a great collection of small, but very pretty waterfalls as one progresses upstream towards the lake. Mephistopheles Falls is the 4th waterfall of the 7 and probably my favorite (so far). The creek slides 31' gently into one of the signature crystal clear pools along the creek. The area is surrounded by lush forest and moss is everywhere. There is one log stuck in the falls, but it almost adds to the scene.
