DIRECTIONS - The easiest way to visit this waterfall (relatively speaking) is to combine it with nearby Ogilvie Falls. Park at the Heliotrope Ridge Trailhead and hike down to the bridge over Grouse Creek in about 200'. Start following the creek downstream to the falls. On the way back, head up the tributary stream that joins Grouse Creek a short distance upstream of this waterfall. You'll pass Ogilvie Falls on this tributary stream and eventually get back to the road. Walk back to the car.
Lower Grouse Creek Falls is a small cascading drop located right at the convergence of Grouse Creek and Kulshan Creek. I discovered the waterfall when looking for a lower falls on Kulshan Creek (which I was unable to find). This was a nice consolation prize. I'm not sure I would recommend climbing all the way down just to see this waterfall, but if you're visiting nearby Ogilvie Falls (which you should), it's not TOO much further to visit this one as well.
