Fletcher Falls can be seen coming off the Twin Peaks. The best place to see them is where the Mountain Loop Highway crosses over Elliott Creek. Look to the west across the valley. The creek is basically one continuous series of waterfalls all the way down the mountain.
There is a logjam over the river in this general area and I have often considered crossing the river and trying to bushwhack up to the bottom of the falls. I doubt you could see the entire thing, but it would probably be pretty cool.
